Return/Exchange Policy:
Bridal Sample Sale gowns purchased online are eligible for return or exchange in compliance with the policy below. This policy excludes any purchases made using a special promotion code or during a clearance event which are considered FINAL SALE.
At this time, we are unable to offer returns/exchanges for new items purchased through our Accessories Shop. We invite you to come into the showroom for a “try before you buy” appointment and also offer virtual accessories appointments upon request.
To complete a Sample Sale return, you must contact our sales team at hello@ceremony-boston.com within 3 days of receiving your purchase. After 3 days, the item will become final sale. The refund issued will be equal to the value of the sample minus total shipping costs plus a $150 restocking fee per dress. The price of shipping is non-refundable.
Once the return is authorized, we must receive your item within 3 business days.
All samples will be inspected and condition documented prior to shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and without any additional damage, marks or wear. Returned garments will be inspected upon receipt before any refunds are issued.
Unless otherwise noted, all items have been used as floor samples in our showroom, may show some signs of wear and are being sold in “as in” condition. We have included photos of each sample and can provide additional images upon request. Every wedding dress generally needs alterations to fit properly. Alterations are not included in the price of the dress and tailoring services are not offered by Ceremony, but can provide recommendations when possible. We have provided measurements according to each designer’s size chart to help you to determine whether an item will be a good fit, but please note that these are not exact garment measurements. We do not recommend purchasing a gown more than 1 size too big or any gowns that may be too small for your measurements.
Shipping is available via UPS Ground in the US only. Please allow up to 7 days for processing.
